Dec 20: A Holy Night and the Joyful Morning

Nativity- crib-empty-20151220_084529-1
The empty crib: The world is waiting for the coming of the Prince of Peace, the Saviour, our Lord.

War is cruelty and you cannot refine it. – Gen. William T. Sherman

Observe the innocent, consider the honest, for the lover of peace will not lack children. – Psalms 37:37

The day is almost here.
We are in anticipation.
It is the last Sunday of Advent,
our preparation continues.

For some of us, take heart.
Don’t lose faith, cling to hope.
Remember the Christmas story.
A Holy Night when Christ was born.

We may NOT look forward to Christmas.
It can be the most lonely of times.
We may feel sad or depressed.
Or fear facing family conflicts.

Hold in your heart His peace.
Remember the reason for Christmas.
The Joyful Morning to follow.
Ready to welcome The Saviour.

Please continue to share with friends, for the World needs our prayers.
Peace be with you. Amen.
