“If you love me as you say you do,’ she whispered, ‘make it so that I am at peace.” – Leo Tolstoy, Anna Karenina
What is my strength, that I should wait? And what is my end, that I should be patient? – Job 6:11
The innocent suffer along side the wicked.
In life’s lessons we take hard knocks.
Life on earth is very brief.
At the end, death takes us all.
Life is much more brief in war-torn countries.
As too with life cut short by murder.
Their last moments are void of peace.
Like a friend they welcome death.
We feel safe, the war is far away.
Death has not visited frequently.
We have peace, war is not our problem.
Like an enemy, death is not welcomed.
Please continue to share with friends, for the World needs our prayers.
Peace be with you. Amen.
