Never slacks, even when pressured.
You may hear a grumble now and then,
But always the work gets done.
No back-log, no over-time,
As always, hardworking.
A loyal worker to the company,
A wage earner for the family,
A trust kept to both,
To work for one, to protect the other.
A conscience so alive,
Is what this worker depends on.
To never falter, however difficult,
Work given to always complete.
When called upon to contribute,
Ideas and projects aplenty,
Demanding more of oneself,
Is expected on the job.
Responsible and reliable,
Diligent in all things,
Competent and dependable,
Hardworking, is second nature.
Qualities admired by some,
Yet despised by others.
A confidence acquired with time,
Yet feared by others.
More work or hard work,
Never a complain to work,
The job applied and signed on,
The loyal worker complies.
How do you measure commitment?
In years of service,
Together, employee and boss,
Working side by side.
So, a call to pay tribute,
For time to quit is near,
Yet work on until closing time,
